From processing to raw materials to the finished product, United Colors of Benetton products comply with the most stringent safety parameters in the field of textile ecology. Eliminating harmful chemicals from production processes not only protects the well-being of customers, but also prevents these same substances from being released into the environment.

As part of the Dress Safely project, United Colors of Benetton carries out a series of tests to verify that components such as buttons, sequins, buttonholes, cords and laces do not present a danger of suffocation or entrapment for children.

United Colors of Benetton products are subjected to chemical tests and specific controls based on thematerials they are made of and their characteristics. The analyses, carried out on materials along the entire production chain, are entrusted to independent laboratories, selected among the most prestigious in the world.
